My cat breaths in as I breath out...

My cat, Spotty, stole my breath again last night... as I slept upon my warm bed.
In the hard sleeping nightmare I suffered through, I gasped for my lost air all night long.
When I awakened, I was on my back and Spotty was staring at, and pawing at, my itchy nose.
Did she actually give me back my breath before I died in my sleep... or, am I just cat crazy!
