Kimberly hasn't heard the Whisperer since the doctors first forced fed her Haloperidol!

That was 12 years ago when she was 32 years old and had already murdered 11 men!

Tonight, on her birthday, the Whisperer came back... forcing itself up and through the drug blockade!

She is so happy it is back because it tells her what to do... and tonight it told her to kill her nurse, steal her keys and escape because there are many more men to murder!
