MRS. TONEY'S HISTORY LESSON
Mrs. Toney's seventh grade class stood pretty silent as all 22 students absorbed the somber ambiance.
Even young children of their age could feel the gravity that pulls at the soul in Manassas National Park.
The horrors of a Civil War long past still resonate like a beating drum, even to the present day.
The horrors of history must be taught to the children... so that THEY will not repeat those past horrors!
