What should have been a quick,
Medium sized,
Vampire lament tale has taken me much longer to write than I wanted it to.
The story here is very unique and I want to get it right.
How much time should pass in the quest for the perfect story?
Presenting another Fourth Line Of Horror excerpt from a longer tale of mine.
This tale is a HORRORWALKER TRAVEL GUIDE missive...
And it will be presented in that format... soon.
And now... a few lines from: In The Company Of Dogs!

IN THE COMPANY OF DOGS (AN EXCERPT)
(Fairfax, Virginia)
....A dog, of course, can look very deep into the dead eyes of a vampire, peering deep into the blackened soullessness of this undead being. Dogs, with their senses that can access a sensory world humans and vampires will never truly know, do not like what they see on the other side of the iris. I also believe dogs hate the way we smell and they absolutely do not trust us. Human-like creatures who do not die because they are undead, and who consume blood for life, must give off a blasphemous odor that confuses and infuriates dogs!...
